.50 beowulf ammo

I am thinking of buying a new rifle chambered in .50 beowulf. I am wondering if this ammo is difficult to buy. I do reload so I will be looking to buy say 500 rounds of factory and reload that, looking for any other advice you might have.

Thanks, I called a few gun shops today and it turns out there seems to be enough of it around. I had read some stuff back in Feb. about how people had been waiting 4 months for it but I guess there is at least some available.

If you need any help reloading it, let me know. I have been loading it for yrs. As to Kurt's comment, go into Cabelas and look at ANY ammo that is not ball ammo. It is ALL over $1 per round. Hell, I was in Cabelas yesterday and I needed to pick up a box of target shotgun ammo for my friend and there was nothing under $8 per box! What happened to $5 boxes of 12g??? Anyways, if I was going to get a .50Beo right now, I would backorder a case or more of ammo, brass, and buy bullets every chance you can get so you have a good supply. I just picked up another bag of Remingtom 385gr CLHP bullets at Cabelas yesterday. Those went up $20 since I bought them back a month ago!!! Went from $36 to $55 per 100!!! Rainier and Berry's plated work fine for cheaper shooting though.
