.223 ammo at Blackwater in Hudson, NH

Dropped in to see the guys at Blackwater in Hudson NH today.
They had 1000 rnd cases of PMC .223 55gr FMJ BT stacked up
on the floor. I don't know if they have any in the back, but it
looks like they had around 15 cases in the stack.

They also had individual 20 rnd boxes filling the .223 ammo section.

The cases were going for $675. Is that around average, high,
low or what? I'm not sure. 67.5 cents/rnd?
Clue me in, I haven't shopped for that cal. before.

Riley's had cases for $.40/round earlier. IIRC, the folks in Merrimack near the new outlets had PMC for $499 for 1,000 case.

$0.675/round is very high.

Its priced pretty good based on the gougers on this forum. Not too bad overall, but ill wait for things to lower more. If you need ammo then get it there because everything else is higher. Rileys is sold out of theirs.

There magazines are like $50 for free staters. there ammo is still high. guy was trying to tell me $10 for a box of 7.62x39 was a "good deal!" I just laughed.

Word is Riley's got more 556 in. I called on my way up there around 1:30 today and they were out of the 1000rd boxes so i turned around. by 6pm someone on here said they had a bunch more.
