.22 tracer rounds

Two questions, I'm bring my family up to the campout & shoot in Vermont for Memorial Day and wanted to know if there is anyplace along the way I could get some.22 tracer rounds. I've seen these in the Cheaper Than Dirt catalogs but sadly, I reside in Massachusetts so ordering it and having it shipped here is not going to happen.

Anyone know where I can get my grubby little hands on some .22 tracers ?

Are they legal in Mass.? If not I'll just have to shoot'em off before I go home.
