Will Vehicle infractions DQ you from application for LTC?

Will a suspended registration and a uninsured vehicle charge disqualify someone from getting their LTC?

I don't think it's a DQ but it might be a suitability issue. Be honest and confident and you will succeed. Good luck.

You need to tell them exactly what happened. It is too late now, but it really would have been wise to get copies of the court documents showing what the charges were and the final disposition of the case.

I was 25 at the time, and nervous as hell cuz I'd never been in any kind of trouble before. I figured I would either recieve court documents by mail, or something along those lines. No matter what I plan on being 100% honest

Did you go to court? Was it considered a criminal offense?

I don't think it will disqualify you but it is a criminal act and you need to disclose it.
