Why don't we have things like this in New England?

I'm looking at stuff to do when I'm in Florida next month. I found these 2 different shoots. It'd be great to have stuff like this to do up here. Few shoots in New England are open to the public like these.

It's because Massachusetts is the no fun nanny state: no pistols that aren't on the list, our own AWB, no suppressors (even if we got a tax stamp), no fireworks, no Everclear, etc. The list could go on, but I digress.
