whitman sportsmens show

its the same as the show at Hanson, braintree, bridgewater, plymouth .
with the possibility of even fewer vendors.

MGL was allegedly passed prohibiting advertising a "gun" show in MA, so they all have to advertise it as a "sportsmen's" show instead. That's what I've been told.

They will be selling sportsmen's tools.I think I will go out this year and fix me up a dear with my sportsmen's tool that I picked up at the sportsmen show. It's all sporting you know. What a f^*ked up state[rolleyes]

I was at the one in April and it's a very nice show. It's not monstrous like a lot of the others but the vendors had a good variety of firearms and accessories...including some hard to find revolvers and semi autos. It's well worth a visit.

Went this morning. Very small and probably wouldn't go again. Didn't see any decent deals on guns (maybe a 1/2 dozen tables with guns) but I picked up some fishing stuff and ammo. One table had wolf 7.62 x 39 for $4.50/box.

Good stop for me...found 45/70 ammo and bullets....and a new toy.
I guess this is the last show at Whitman, next time will be in Abington.
