It's definitely one of the best resources around. Save the PDF's you're interested in now because IIRC the site was even wiped from the wayback machine last time it was down this long.

The owner was stricken with cancer and is in a very weak condition. He announced several years ago that he was not able to continue with the site. The web site was up for awhile via another one of the folks who used to contribute articles but the work of keeping the site up and running was just to much for the owner.

What you are finding on the web now are old postings.
