What happened in the Manchester bar? I didn't see it in the news.

Last night the radio talk shows kept mentioning a situation in a Manchester, NH bar in which a perp was stopped by a man that quietly carried his ccw. Does anyone have any details? Why is the press not treating this man as a hero?
