Westport MA Striper Fishing

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any spots in the Westport area to striper fish from shore? I am not looking for your secret spots and if you would rather PM it to me it would be appreciated I need to do some work to me boat and will not be able to get out on that for a few weeks and I have just got the itch to go fishing. I was just looking for something in that area because it is closer to me than driving to the cape after work.

The Westport River was good. Use to get some schoolies. But the problem is access. Also Gooseberry Island (there is a causeway) near Horseneck Beach.
