Well, the wife and I went out fishing for about 13 hrs on Sunday for kingfish. Beautiful day at the beach, was low 90's the first few days, then high 90's on Sunday. We were hoping to get a kingfish since a small 28lb was landed the night before.
First, one of the 'baits' we used.
About a 16-18" ladyfish, also were using 7-9lb Blues (getting at the time when the kings were supposed to start running so needed to hook them up fast.
Tried to take a picture of the huge barracuda that was munching on our bait, but the picture only showed the bait, the shadow of the barracuda didn't show up.
