To me that seemed like pretty clear self defense on the part of the guy with the AK. Also loaded car guns are protected in GA with or without a carry license (barring prohibited persons).

He would benefit from range practice and tactics lessons though.

What would you do if you were leaving a gas station store and somebody pulled a gun on you?

Seems like he was about to get jacked up and he beat the other guy to the draw. Would like to hear the story though. First guy was walking in as the other dude walked out and he immediately did a 180 and followed him to the car. Curious if they knew each other somehow or if that dude marked him in the blink of an eye. Next time he should spend a few more seconds on his victim selection, lol. Almost cost him his life.
