Value question, 2 Colt MK IV Series 80's

I am thinking about selling 2 Mass. compliant Colt .45 acp pistols, and am asking for some guidance on a current value range for each.

1. Colt MK IV Series 80, Lightweight Combat Commander, fired very little.
I don't have it with me, but condition certainly is excellent. Never carried.

2. Colt MK IV Series 80, Combat Commander. Same condition as the other
Colt, but with gunsmith installed adjustable sights, 3 lb. trigger,
polished ramp.

I believe I have original boxes for both.

These will be offered for cash only, no trades, as I already have a couple prospective items in mind.
