Newsflash, you don't make it a 1911 lol

Tired of puny little .223s bouncing off your target? Always wanted more stopping power! What about a round proven in TWO WORLD WARS! Well Torkmag has the perfect solution. Not only will you get the satisfaction of knowing the spirit of John Moses Browning is kicking Stoners ass but you will be able to convert your AR15 to accept .45acp and 10mm!
All 1911 jokes aside this product is perfect for competition shooters who want to delve into the world of pistol caliber carbines without the need for a dedicated lower. Simply install the Torkmag Magadapt and your upper of choice and get to work! All you’ll need is the provided allen key!

The TorkMag Magdapt easily converts an AR15 in minutes to accept .45ACP or 10mm at half the cost a dedicated carbine. Just use an AR milspec lower with no permanent modifications and add the appropriate caliber upper!

Magdapt™ 1911 10mm (standalone)
Say hello to the TorkMag Magdapt™ 1911 10mm Auto magazine well adapter for standard AR15 lowers!
This adapter is compatible with 10mm Auto ONLY. This standalone offering will likely require feedramp work on barrels intended for Glocks in order to reliably run with 1911 magazines. Now you can build your own upper for use with 1911 magazines!

The TorkMag Magdapt™ 1911 10mm Auto features its own AR-style magazine release button for fast reloads. It attaches to a standard AR15 lower’s magazine well in seconds. See it in action for yourself!
Note: CMC 10mm magazines feed the last 1-2 rounds at an unusually high angle. We advise other brands’ magazines for serious use with this conversion.

PREORDER HERE and get a TorkMag 50rnd magazine FREE when you use promocode: TACTICALSHIT
This is a pre-order. You’ll receive a tracking number during December-January.

Video was quite irritating, rather than being humorous.... This seems to be a solution looking for a problem. This kills it This standalone offering will likely require feedramp work on barrels intended for Glocks in order to reliably run with 1911 magazines. There are tons of both low-cap and high-cap Glock mags. Do really need to want to mess with a feed ramp just to say you can have a 1911 mag fed upper....

Interesting. I’ll let other try this before I do, but at first glance it seems like snake oil, but not really.

I do want a 10mm AR just for funsies.

The 'Meat Spin' cover (Google it if you must), of 'You Spin Me Right Round' ruined it for me.

Why the hell would I want a carbine to run 7 or 8 round magazines through? Hard pass. I've already got a .45/10mm lower laying around somewhere that takes Glock mags.

I haven't watched the clip, but are they saying a .45 is more powerful than a .223??

They do have a 50 round mag available if you pre-order in the link, but it wouldn't do us behind the iron curtain any good
