Any one know average time is it from checked cashed till stamp arrives

I've done a couple (form 1s), both times check cashed in a couple weeks. Waited 9months for the stamp (almost to the day) on the last one

Though i don't physically have it yet it took 4 months VIA eform, still pending with my LTC submission. Examiner said as soon as he gets my LTC it will be approved, just waiting for his response.
