This cannot be good…. Corrosion.

Cleaning your firearm after a range trip is like washing your junk after laying pipe, isn’t it?
I tend to clean after every trip as well, but to play devils advocate, maybe the counter metaphor is more like caring for a seasoned cast iron pan after it’s been used (no solvents/detergents, just get the big stuff off and re-coat with oil).

🤷‍♂️

Oiling the bore will keep oxygen from reacting with the copper and causing galvanic action with the steel. I'm also not so sure Greek surplus ammo isn't corrosive, that's why I recommended Ballistol as a one patch through the bore insurance policy in between range trips.
Greek HXP surplus .30-06 is not corrosive. As mac1911 once told me, for sure it has a flyer in every box but I actually prefer HXP brass over Lake City brass.
You need to install a Zinc, and a Galvanic Isolator !
Sacrificial anode?
