Thinking of selling SPAS 12GA

Since I owned the gun before I moved back to Mass, would there be any problem with selling this to a Mass resident who has the proper licenses? I know this is one of those "evil" guns, not being to sure on the rules, I thought I would ask the forum members.

They're not bad at all actually. A little finicky with ammo and you have to hold it tight when firing semi though. Fooped has one too.
