Dad's starting to think about HIS Christmas shopping. Not sure about a budget yet; I'm hoping for rifle money but may have a pistol budget. I'd like to have a wheel gun again, and a S/W as I carried a 686 in the line of duty. I have two candidates here, a M1917 made in August of 1918 at 50% and a 95% Victory Model, park finish, 393K of 500,000 c. 1943. With shipping, the M17 is about $50 more. The victory is from the same seller I got my P38, Luger, and Walther PP from.
