Almost 30 years ago I was a college freshman in North Carolina when I saw open carry for the first and last time, the Wild Bill's pizza delivery guy had a small revolver on his hip. It seemed to make perfect sense.

I can't remember seeing open carry since, but I haven't lived in a 2A friendly state since college.
