She's going to win. Oregon law is very clear on this issue. The ONLY government entity that can regulate any apsect regarding the carrying of weapons in the state of Oregon is the state legislature. Boards of Education are entities of government and they are not the legislature. Oregon law does NOT forbid the legal carry of concealed weapons on ANY school.
