I was pissed that KTP does not have ANY tall sized cammo coats.

I need a new goretex type waterproof outer shell, for when I am out all day in Colorado getting snowed on in the mountains. I need the tall size to keep my belly from getting exposed.
anyone have an online source that is good and cheap?

I was about to pull the trigger on this shell:

$175 sounds like a lot for a simple shell though

Cabelas offers alot of their hunting clothing in tall sizes.

That MT050 gore-tex stuff is loud. They advertise it as quiet but when you ruffle it you can hear the liner crunching and crinkling.

I have some True Spec that that is perfect. You can purchase the polar fleece jacket/liner that goes with the coat, if desired, also. The multi cam is more expensive @ $175 coat/$125 pants, but the basic colors run around $125 coat/$75 pants.

The whole spectrum of sizes, including long.

This is what I have:

In outer wear in the field, you really get what you pay for IMHO. I know the stuff can be $$$, but the $$$ stuff functions flawless and is really waterproof! Otherwise you are wet and you complain. YMMV.

thanks guys, I will check them all out.

its kind of a shame, I have nice goretex shells, but I guess they do not last forever since last year they were soaking thru. I tried the nikwax cleaner too, but it did not fix it. Nothing like keeping dry no matter what is blowing in your face all day long!

http://chiefsupply.com/ is having a 20% off sale, which includes the TruSpec items I listed prior, with promo code OFFAPP20. Plus, I believe that's off the sale price which is already lower now, than when I posted.
