John Bertolasio used a dead eel to reel in the big catch. Once he reeled the fish over to the boat, it swam straight down and snapped his pole in half.

I remember seeing a picture in the paper when I was a kid back in the 80s of someone catching a cobia off a Southside Cape Beach

Didn't take much looking to find a picture from this past June in Mass

Yeah, I thought it was "Cobra" at first glance and was going to order a mongoose from Amazon, if !@#$%^& cobras are in CT.
