SW 1911 w/ rail MA Compliant?

Are the two Smith and Wesson 1911's with integral "tac" rail Mass Compliant? One is the standard model one is the PD model. The Smith and Wesson 1911's are on the list but they don't mention the version with the rail but SW doesn't have a different model number for the railed version that I know of.

They are the same model number, just a different variation that is still covered under "SW1911 or SW1911PD)
