That sucks and seems like a scary situation. Not one I want to experience. Like drgrant I always look in that situation. The primer went off and sent the bullet into the barrel.

I keep a long allen key to check barrel anytime i am not 100% sure. I just make sure slide locked back when checking patency of barrel so people dont freak out.
