Are there any shops around Keene with a reasonable transfer fee, decent hours, and no weird conditions on transfers? I just moved to the area and while I'm loving the expanded freedoms, I do miss the fact that the shops in MA that were closest to me were so cheap and easy to deal with for transfers.

Collectable arms is an hour away from Keene so not really. .... their transfer fee is only $20 however. doesn't get much cheaper than that
I liked using American Weapon Systems in Rindge, but I'm not sure they're still up and running, they let their website lapse?
In Keene, there's Dan Hackler Guns ($20) and Beaver Brook Firearms ($25), then down in Winchester is Trader John's.

Sadly AWS closed down operations just before last year's Pumpkin Shoot.
