Sighting in an Astra?

I have an Astra A70 semi-auto 9mm, The sights are off center a couple inches at only 20-25 feet. TypeO1313 tried to sight the firearm in for me (Thank you) but couldn't get too far but I appreciate the effort. My question is does anyone know of a gun smith around that could get this puppy accurate?

I'm gonna ask a couple of the guys at the range. On my guns I have used a brass drift to move them. On yours the sights wouldnt move. I don't know if they can break if I hit it to hard. But that gun is way off.
