Shotgun smith in Eastern MA/RI?

Title says it all. Looking for a smith to do some barrel work on my shotgun, to include refinishing in a dark matte/park. Any suggestions?

Yes, I am considering him, but for my work (rib removal and refinish), he may be too expensive. I'm seeing if there are alternatives. Thanks and keep em coming!

Try Strickland's in Berkley Mass. I know he does park not sure about bluing but he's a top smith.

Well, Strickland's has never really done what I want before, and it's too small a job for the guy at Rust Bluing.

All I need done is removal of the rib and sanding off of the pieces of solder left over, in preparation for refinishing. I'll be honest, I'm too scared to do it myself for fear of damaging the barrel.

Any suggestions?
