Ok, it is established that MA Residents can only sell (4) Firearms a year by Private Sale within Massachusetts. Calendar Year or 12 month period ?

But a Mass Resident can sell any amount to an FFL-01. How about sales to FFL-03 ? And does it matter if the sale to a C&R FFL-03 is of a C&R Firearm ?

And when a sale is made across States Lines on some online Auction Site, the Firearm must be mailed to an FFL-01, or sometimes an FFL-03 for C&R Firearms. As all these sales are made to some form of FFL, do they count against the (4) Firearm limit ?

I'd do some searches, but the NES Search function is down (at least for me). And the GOAL Web Site does not seem to address this.

When you outbound to an FFL out of state it doesn't count against your limit. The sale's not occurring here. It could be argued though that in state sales to 03 FFLs require an "FA-10 transfer burning " because the state does not formally recognize them as dealers.

Right (of course...). Personal transfers in-state by FA-10: 4x/yr. Transfers in-state and out of state via FFL: unlimited.
