Self Defense Class - non firearm related

I need an instructor who can teach hand to hand self defense classes at my studio. First class would be targeted to women real estate agents.

Do you understand that in order to impart real hand to hand fighting ability to them, you are talking about at least 200 hours of training for the fittest, no more than 4 women per class, no more than about 6 hours per week, and it will cost you a minimum of $50 an hour to get a competent person? It would take twice as much to get them all pretty good, even if they all had the needed desire/discipline.

Now, if they will carry a properly made walking stick (hollow metal) , something can be done in 20 hours, for the ones who are fit and disciplined, at least.
