Secret Army Island?

I doubt its anything scary (no tinfoil needed), but I thought i'd post a link just because I still find it amazing to see what engineers can accomplish. They are building an Island in Chesapeake Bay as a "bird sanctuary" or some such nonsense. If you can, watch the satellite time lapse video on the site.

For a second there I thought that someone was serrious about this. I got sent the conspicy site yeasterday...
FYI, I use to work for the USACE (civilian side) and can name a number of places on the deleware river where the exact same thing was done. Its nothing more then a dredge spoil island. The ground in between the access ways is going to be about the consitancy of molasses. Side note, jefferson island right next door is for sale for about $4 million
