#SCOTUS grants review in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo

Anything v Raimando should be easy to write. Just "Ginagina is not that bright and thinks that hte world should just follow her. Ergo, she's just pure-D wrong. So ordered."

And can someone buy that man a comb????

I don't see that happening. Lots of discussion about how easy it is for SCOTUS to make a narrow ruling. They aren't going to completely gut Chevron.

Oh come on. The Dept of Ed has been an important institution since. . . . the Carter Administration. They've done great things like. . . . . . oh and there was that time that they. . . . . and don't forget when they . . . . .

The reality is that DoE should be a pass-through for the checks written to states for edu'ma'cation. Sort of the Johnson/Dingle Pittman/Robertson of education funding. Just create a system to check the #'s and cut the checks and move on.

I know, Bush II tried that. And he got flack for it. There is no win for edu'ma'cation driven on a national level. It's barely functioning on a state level. Good education requires school and school-system buy-in. Just throwing $ at it solves nothing.

Side note: This is why YOU SHOULD NOT VOTE FOR BOBBY KENNEDY THE SEVENTH or whatever he is. He wants to pour buckets of $ into inner-city "Education" that will enrich educators and graft'ers and do squat-one for the education of our youth. He's stuck in 1968, sadly.
