Hello all - tried the search function and google for a definitive result, couldn't find anything productive. I'd like to preface the question before I ask it: I am not looking for legal advice, just general consensus. What's the word on SBRs in MA? Do people still make them MA compliant or do they fall under federal restrictions because they are registered with the ATF? Thanks in advance

Moving to a non-NFA Friendly State, Leaving NFA items in home state. Duty to notify?

I doubt he really wants to f****** his guns like that. AWB compliance sucks. I thought SBRs weren’t subject to Mass’s AWB nonsense because they aren’t rifles. Did I make that up?
