My little sister has decided to get her permit. (Hurray!) She lives in Connecticut, and I live in Massachusetts. I'd have her go to one of the WoT events, except her boyfriend wants to get his permit as well, and they'd like to do it together.
So where can I find a permit class for her? Will they cover how to apply for a CT license?
