Still need cloture to vote for the final bill. So the 60 limit still exists and they don't have the numbers right now. Hopefully Toomey wakes up and votes against his own bill.

toomey is done.....watch him pull an arlen specter.

hopefully Gottleib realized the political ineptitude of his move and learns from his mistake...he's done great work up until this point

Don't forget all of the Repubs and Dems from Southern/Western states that let this crap go to vote. Hopefully the people in those states will wake up and vote smart in 2014.
