Tell that to all the people who have purchased AAC products recently, and may have to get them serviced at some point. Also, AAC was an innovative company. The 300 became popular really fast. What was the last product from Remington that secured market shares as quick as the Blackout? Not that big a loss to the weapons and ammo world actually. Those folks should find work fast
I have never received worse service than from Para... I'm done with anything freedom group, period.
I bought some Remington .22lr last week and I have to wonder how good it will be.
God damn it. I was planning out a .300 BLK upper. Rassum frassum.
Plenty of parts out there made by other companies... I don't have a single AAC part on my 300 Blackout build(s).
Its business, if they are closing a division they must not have been making money.

Specifically, Remington is moving AAC production to the consolidated factory in Huntsville, AL in February 2015.
I wouldn't buy any AAC product made in the next 12 months (ditto for the other business units which are relocating), but I'm not going to boycott Remington over a business decision.
