RI ? SE ma source / experience custom ear molds

Hi,
Think its time for custom ear plugs, muffs hit the stock when shooting Trap (personal best of 23 today at a hard club! Yeah me!).

I understand lots of gun shows are set up for this, but no gun shows in my future.
