As no on has been able to step up to this request, where does one buy such things? Does not seem like the type of thing you will find at Dick's sporting goods...

Scroll down until you reach "targets". There are many good suppliers - I'd go with MGM because of the direct financial support he is providing to USPSA, but GT targets is also run by a great guy - as are other companies on that list.
