I'm looking to buy one of the quick access pistol safes, and was hoping that someone here could give me some brand/model recommendations. I've haven't been able to find many different ones to try out in my area yet. Anyone own one already? Looking for enough space for a medium size auto and a Surefire, and reliablility.

Thanks

Kevin

That does look good.....I like ability to operate it without having to see a keypad - makes it easier to mount it out of sight.

Thanks!

The gun vaults are awesome. I bought one but it just didn't fit in the drawer I intended it for. It is actually about 1/8" taller than they describe (they don't count the rubber button area on the top). Anyway, I ended up with a V-line. I like this a lot as well. No electronics so you don't EVER have to worry about the changing batteries, etc. And you can still open by feel with the right combo and very little practice.

I use a Stack-On drawer safe. Although it has a keypad I can open it easily in the dark because I use a short and simple code.
