Question about the E-FA-10

I've never done an E-FA-10 transaction. Is there a requirement with that to sign the FA-10 that is produced, or not? Do you just print out a pair of FA-10s and everyone is happy?

State doesn't require a signature any more on e-forms. You should print and sign for your own records.
