Hello, so if someone makes a firearm in mass would you just need to go to the gun portal under registration to register it after it has been built? Thanks

Yes that’s correct. Just follow the steps in the portal and leave the seller portion blank. It’ll ask you for a detailed description of the gun (serial number/make/model/caliber etc.)
