The above proposal is awful! Besides registration, required liability insurance, 5 year prison term, one gun purchase every 30 days, smart gun technology and a nine member board to oversee the regs, etc; it smells of Sarah Brady. What are you Mass gun owners going to do about it? It's time you started another revolution in your state.
