I do not go there much, but there are lots of great nuggets of info I have found regarding the laws of non New England states.

I am serious. Both parties have valid points in the argument, arguing it out in the public forum (spread out over a realm of forums) doesnt really address the underlying issues at hand in the manner a court of law would be able to.

If Oleg is in the right then it would be a failure of the justice system for him to wait several years to recover his property.

Suing in court does NOT mean he should abandon other 'roads' available to him. There is no clause in the filing paperwork that says "Thou shalt not make other waves."

Of course, he could be just some jealous a-hole trying to stir trouble.

I wonder if anyone has thought to write a 'bot to create a new account, pm and post in every forum until killed and then repeat with another new username until every member has been notified of the new address?
