Private sale and shipment of muzzleloader from out of state into Mass?

Is it legal to purchase a muzzleloader from an out of state private seller, and have them ship it into Mass? I can't find a specific answer to this. Would certainly appreciate a reference to the law, MGL, or ATF regs., or other.

No ATF regs on muzzleloaders, except the TC Encore, IIRC.
No problem with MGL for the guns.
FID or LTC for caps, bullets or balls, and powder.
There are a lot of out of state dealers that will choose to be cautious and not send BP guns here anyhow.

i cant think of a single company that would send a bp to this state.dont bother asking sportsmans guid.they wouldnt send a butter knife to mass anymore.
