It is virtually impossible to tell if a mag is pre-post ban when it comes to Glock mags, unless it says LEO only or has the ambi notch cutout.

Despite what the internet experts will tell you.

Edit: Forgot to add that's the first time I've seen U-notch happy sticks with LEO markings. I have seen the U-notch 17 rounders with LEO markings though.

What's printed at the top of the middle mag under "9mm" in the photo? Does it say "Restricted..." something, and is there a date there?

Yup its a restricted law enforcement / govt. only marked U notch mag

That's the first U notch I've seen restricted LEO only.

I'm happy you found that picture on the internet and informed us those are out there. Because unless your a cop you'd be breaking the law to possess it.
