Possession of shotgun w/o FID?

I concur.

Must have at least an FID. If, by chance, that shotgun is a mag-fed unit, with greater than five shell capacity in the mag, you must have a valid LTC.

Ever since I started shooting in 1976 (and I'm told a lot longer than that), ANY gun in a residence required at least an FID card. Back before the debacle in 1998, you could keep a handgun in your home on an FID card, but you couldn't transport it anywhere without a LTC. Now mere possesion of a hi-cap rifle/shotgun or any handgun (hi-cap LTC-A, low cap LTC-B or A)requires LTC.
