PM time limit

i often have to reply to many PMs on NES when i come online. i am almost endlessly stopped by the forums 1 pm per 60 seconds feature, which can drag out simple replies to long waits in between each PM.

derek, is there anyway you could change the time limit to 15 seconds?

right, thats what i think its for to, but i wonder what type of impact, if any NES will have if the limit is lowered.
