My name is Bradley Jardis, and as many of you are aware, my friend Tommy Mozingo and I have been covered in the nationwide news as of late regarding our objections to illegal firearm restrictions here in New Hampshire.

As is unfortunately all too common with anti-gunners, what was announced as a peaceful and respectful outreach event designed to illustrate how the USNH is violating statutory and constitutional law was turned into a potential domestic terrorism event by the officials within the University System of New Hampshire and Plymouth State University. They went out and got a restraining order which turned the violation of illegal regulations into contempt of court. We have a hearing scheduled on 12/13/11 (Tuesday) in the Grafton County Superior Court to overturn the TRO and seek a declaratory judgement that the USNH firearms regulations are ILLEGAL, for multiple reasons. We are going to take this fight all the way to make sure the state doesn't do anything to protect the fundamental freedom of self-defense here in the "Live Free or Die" state. We could use financial help though...
