Pistol Permit Application in Granby, CT

I am ready to apply. Does anyone have any knowledge about the process in Granby, CT? Do they have any extra requirements?

Extra requirements are not allowed....I know someone who got one there 4 years ago..no issues at all

Thanks. That's good to hear. I know extra requirements are not allowed, but it seems that some towns do ask for extra items. The reason I asked here is that I could not find any info one way or another about Granby.

Well, there are issues now. "The following documents must accompany the application:" "Three (3) letters attesting to Applicant's suitability to carry pistols and revolvers. Include home, work, and cellular telephone numbers for character reference verification."

Unbelievable.

That's nice they ask for that..but they got the letter last year that says NO MORE....just submit without it..or submit it with this..
