Pa. closes loophole allowing residents to obtain concealed gun permit from Florida

Thanks for the info Len. Its still too bad because I try to minimize the amount I spend on non-resident permits. FL did what I needed until now. (Including PA)

I just realized, PA folks can still circumvent their unconstitutional "overlords" by getting a Utah permit. They will have to take a specific class though. NRA Basic Pistol doesn't cut it.
