Ok, here goes.... First off, I used the search button but couldn't find an answer to this one. I also checked the Attorney General's page to no avail. I am AD military and my father is a MA resident with the highest level of concealed carry permit (not sure on the term here[thinking]) a resident can have. I have a NFA trust which my father is a trustee of. Several of my handguns and rifles (mostly high cap handguns, or ARs/AKs) are property of the trust.

Question is---Assuming my father is with me and I have the trust with me, can I bring my guns (the ones that belong to the trust) with me to MA and shoot them at the local range or would I be committing a felony (trying to avoid that here! [smile]). If the high cap mags are the issue, can I bring guns with mags under 10 rounds like 1911s?Thanks in advance.
