Opinions on FNP9

I bought a Ruger LCR with the intentions of using it as my everyday carry, after putting a few rounds through it, I decided I really don't like the DAO trigger.
After some internet research, I found quite a few people liked the FNP 9 so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this weapon? My choices are pretty much set between an XD9 SC or the FNP. The FNP 9 is my first choice but that's only because I already have an XD .45 so I would like to diversify my collection, I have also heard the XD9 is a bit heavy.
I'm looking for something small and lightweight, that can be easily concealed under normal summer clothing.
Suggestions?

Have no experience with the FN. I do have an XD40 SC, but nothing to compare it against. My first thought would be that the FN would most likely be more expensive, but that isn't based on any fact, only inclination.

I'm sure someone on here might have one they are willing to let you try. Good luck.
